Terms and Conditions of The TenStep Store

Organization Use

The products in The TenStep Store are either the property of TenStep, Inc. or are sold under license from third-party companies.  Unless otherwise noted, the following simple Terms and Conditions apply to all products and services sold or purchased in The TenStep Store.

What You Can Do

1. Once you purchase a product, the product will be yours to use personally. Unless otherwise noted, the product you purchased can also be shared and utilized by your organization as well.

2. You agree to use reasonable precautions to protect the product content from unauthorized access and use. If a product is downloadable through a secure webpage, you must make reasonable steps to protect the username and password from unauthorized use.

3. Templates and other documents in Microsoft Office format (Word, Excel, PowerPoint, etc.) can be modified by your organization as you see fit and used in whatever capacity is helpful to your organization. It is not expected that you will revise documents that are in PDF format.

What You Cannot Do

1. You are not allowed to share the product (or userid and password) with anyone outside of your company.

2. You are not allowed to sublicense, publish, give, export or distribute, sell, or resell the products, or any content based on the templates to any third-party company or individual without our prior written consent.

Warranties Disclaimed and Limitation of Liability

The value that you receive from the products in The TenStep Store is based on your use or the implementation and use within your company. You assume all risk as to the use of these products. Many products contain a "Sneak Preview" so that you can get a sense of the look-and-feel and overall quality of the product. In addition, most (but not all) of the products The TenStep Store have a 14-day money back guarantee.

There is no follow-up support provided with most of the products and services sold in The TenStep Store.

THE PRODUCTS ARE LICENSED “AS IS” WITH NO EXPLICIT OR IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF ANY KIND INCLUDING IMPLIED WARRANTIES OF MERCHANTABILITY OR FITNESS FOR A PARTICULAR PURPOSE. IN NO EVENT WILL WE BE LIABLE FOR ANY SPECIAL, DIRECT, INDIRECT, INCIDENTAL, OR CONSEQUENTIAL DAMAGES, INCLUDING LOST PROFITS OR INABILITY TO USE THE PRODUCTS, EVEN IF WE HAVE BEEN ADVISED OF THE POSSIBILITY OF SUCH DAMAGES. IN NO EVENT WILL OUR LIABILITY FOR ANY DAMAGES OR LOSS TO YOU EXCEED THE PRICE ACTUALLY PAID BY YOU FOR THE PRODUCT.

The products on this website are either copyrighted to TenStep, Inc. or a third-party company. All third-party companies have validated to TenStep, Inc. that they own the copyright to the content in their products. If any reader believes that a product in The TenStep Store infringes on any copyright, please notify us immediately at admin@TenStep.com.  If the product is from a third-party company, we will promptly remove it from The TenStep Store until the matter is resolved.
